WELCOME TEAMS

We would love to have you join one of our welcome and hospitality teams. Whether you can offer a smiling face on the door on Sunday mornings, can help find people seats in the crowded sanctuary, or simply make an excellent cup of tea; if you think you could help, we’d love to have you.

Ways you can help:

  • Our connect team provide a friendly face to chat to on Sunday mornings. If you feel you could spot those who need a chat, make newcomers feel welcome, and generally love getting to spend time chatting to people- we would love to have you on board!

  • We serve tea and coffee in the cafe after both the 9.15 and 11.15 services. Join our team who provide these refreshments and serve our church family.

  • This role involves welcoming people as they come into the Sanctuary for the services on a Sunday morning, helping people find a seat, handing out any cards or flyers, and helping things run smoothly

  • Our wonderful group of host team leaders ensure everyone on welcome knows what they’re doing, and make sure any late-comers are pointed in the right direction. This means staying in the cafe during the service to keep an eye on the doors. You will only be responsible for either the 9.15 or 11.15 on a given morning, so you will get a chance to go to the other service.
